Service may be arrange for an area company for additional

- The cost of utilities are included in your rent and
can be individually controlled in every room and apartment.
Large windows can be opened for fresh air.
- Telephone
- A telephone is provided in each room and apartment for
incoming calls, voicemail and in-house service (for a
modest, one-time fee). You may arrange to have local
telephone service for an additional fee.
- Linen Service
- Clean sheets and towels are provided for a one-time
fee to residents who wish to take advantage of this convenient
service.
- Parking
- Automobile parking spaces on the premises are limited. We suggest residents place their names on a waiting list.
- Resident Advisor Program
- Includes training in leadership and conflict resolution,
in addition to half-price housing accommodations.
