Manhattan Short Film Festival - Philadelphia Votes!
 The
most creative short films in the world judged across America.
Once a year, thousands of New Yorkers gather at Union Square
Park to view a selection of short films in this prestigious
event. Past judges include Susan Sarandon, Tim Robbins, Eric
Stoltz, Laura Linney and Roger Corman. The Festival has now
handed the voting over to a nationwide audience and is being
judged in 50 cities in 30 states. Now its Philly's turn to vote
on the next generation of feature filmmakers.
