No matter what happens with immigration reform, we have immigrants here right now in our communities. They add rich cultural diversity to our neighborhoods and cities and want what we all want a welcoming, safe community in which to live and raise their families.

The communities that receive immigrants are required to do the work needed to make the changes so the newcomers can be incorporated.

In this meeting both immigrants and the leaders of the receiving communities will begin to share the vision of the community they are working towards and come up with recommendations so that they can move forward together. The ideas and proposals for change generated in the small group discussions will be brought to the group as a whole.

*Please call 215.557.2626 to register and make a reservation for lunch if you do not have access to email.
