Mosaic Society
International
House Philadelphia is the leading center for international arts
and
culture in the greater Philadelphia region. On an annual basis
over 100,000 people from the business, academic and cultural
communities attend our highly regarded film, music, visual arts
and lecture programs.
Additionally,
each year IHP is home to 1,500 international students, scholars
and
interns from over 80 countries around the world. 400 new Pennsylvanians
attend our Spoken English classes and approximately 200 public
high school students benefit from Arts in the Classroom, a unique
global arts program that supplements the Philadelphia public
school curriculum.
International
House relies on the support of the business, private and foundation
communities to continue our nearly 100 year tradition of helping
to create mutual understanding and respect of people from all
parts of the world.
